The Company believes that Employee development and Organisational development are two sides of the same coin. Every employee who joins the organisation undergoes induction training conducted by DOTES (Documentation, Training and Educational Service).
This is a three week programme and fully sponsored by the Company. The curriculum is rigorous and consists of both theoretical and practical sessions, with emphasis on metallurgy and welding.
Besides induction training, there are refresher courses conducted at timely intervals and employees are also sponsored to external educational programmes closely linked to their work profile.
